Harasuma Diet (Lite)
This diet program targets a loss of 5% of body weight in 90 days, by weighing yourself every morning and evening and recording the daily changes in your weight.

You can consult for free with health professionals such as public health nurses and nurses about your own health and that of your family, by telephone, on the web, or by other means.
Mental health counseling by a clinical psychologist also is available.

This notice is issued by the Hitachi Health Insurance Society to its members to allow them to check their health insurance eligibility information.

Health Insurance Eligibility Certificate
This certificate is issued by the Hitachi Health Insurance Society to its members who have not obtained a My Number Card or cannot verify their eligibility using their My Number Card as their Health Insurance Certificate so that they can get examinations and treatment at medical care institutions and other facilities by presenting the certificate.
Please note that the standard method for verifying eligibility at medical care institutions is now using a My Number Card as a Health Insurance Certificate.
If you have not obtained a My Number Card or registered it for use as a Health Insurance Certificate, we encourage you to consider doing so for greater convenience.
