Starting date for acceptance of reservations

Reservations are accepted from the first day of the month four months prior to the date of use.

• * When checking in, be sure to present your Eligibility Verification Certificate or eligibility information screen on Mynaportal (with your Individual Number Card registered for use as a health insurance card) to the front desk.

Notification of your reservation number

You will be notified of the reservation number after making a reservation. When checking in, inform the front desk of your reservation number and present your Eligibility Verification Certificate or eligibility information screen on Mynaportal (with your Individual Number Card registered for use as a health insurance card).

• * If your reservation is with the Tokyo Marriott Hotel or Courtyard by Marriott Shin-Osaka Station, you will not receive a reservation number. Simply present your Eligibility Verification Certificate or eligibility information screen on Mynaportal (with your Individual Number Card registered for use as a health insurance card) at the front desk when you arrive at the hotel.
