- Specific health guidance is a support program to improve lifestyle habits for those who are diagnosed as having a high risk of developing lifestyle-related diseases as a result of specific health checkups.
- The Hitachi health insurance society has partnered with health checkup institutions and offices, and professional staff (doctors, public health nurses, dieticians, etc.) will provide support for more than three months.
Eligible person
Those who meet the following conditions are required to participate.
- (1)Employees whose health checkup results indicate that the level of specific health guidance is "motivational support level" or "active support level.
- (2)Employees whose age at the end of the fiscal year is 35, 40 to 69 years old.
Organizations that Provide Specific Health Guidance
Specific health guidance is available at health checkup institutions contracted by the Hitachi health insurance society and other outsourced institutions.
(1) Implementation of specific health guidance at implementing organizations
When an employee undergoes a medical checkup that includes the items of the specified health checkup at the organization that provides the specified health guidance, and falls under the category of those eligible for the specified health guidance, the organization that provides the specified health guidance will inform the eligible person. (Depending on the institution that provides the specified health guidance, there may be cases where the information is provided through the office in charge of the subject, such as confirming the subject's contact information.

(2) Implementation at outsourced institutions, etc.
For those who receive health checkups at a health checkup institution that does not have a contract for specific health guidance, the health checkups will be conducted by an outside contracted institution contracted by Hitachi health insurance society.
If you are eligible for the Specific Health Guidance, the Hitachi health insurance society or your business office will inform you of your eligibility.
Implementation details
Regardless of the level of specific health guidance (motivational support level or proactive support level), Hitachi health insurance society will implement the content of proactive support.
