Abbreviated complete medical checkup

Once each fiscal year, the Hitachi Health Insurance Society will subsidize one of the following health checkups: complete medical checkup; abbreviated complete medical checkup; health checkup for women; and specific health checkup (using a checkup ticket). Each of these also serves as a specific health checkup.

Checkup flow

    • 【If “Immediate Appointment” is selected】* With an “Immediate Appointment,” your appointment is scheduled at the time when you apply.
    • ①Apply for a checkup through the Health Checkup Appointment Web System or the Hitachi Health Insurance Society Health Checkup Call Center.
    • ②If you apply through the Health Checkup Appointment Web System, you will receive an appointment confirmation email immediately after application.
    • [If the appointment method is "requested date"]
    • ①Choose up to six requested dates for the checkup.
    • ②Complete the health checkup application procedures on the health checkup appointment website or by calling the Hitachi Health Insurance Society Health Checkup Call Center.
    • ③If you completed the procedures using the health checkup appointment website, notification of the results of scheduling your appointment will be sent to your registered email address at a later date. (This may take about 10 days.)
If you apply through the Hitachi Health Insurance Society Health Checkup Call Center, we will contact you by phone at a later date to let you know the results of arranging your appointment schedule. (This may take 10 days or so.)
    • [If the appointment method is "direct"]
    • ①Call the examining institution yourself to make an appointment.
(Have your Myna health insurance card or equivalent ready.)
      • * When making an appointment, be sure to tell the institution that you wish to make an appointment for a "Hitachi Health Insurance Society abbreviated complete medical checkup."
      • * After making an appointment, please contact the Hitachi Health Insurance Society Health Checkup Call Center.
    • ②The examining institution will inform the Hitachi Health Insurance Society of the details of the appointment.
  • The examining institution will send you a questionnaire and other materials by (approximately) one week before the date of the checkup.
  • Check the information provided by the examining institution, then go and get the checkup. Be sure to bring the following items with you on the date of the checkup:
    [Items required for the checkup]
    • ①Your Myna health insurance card, etc.
    • ②The amount of money to be paid by the examinee
    • ③Specimen containers (if received from the examining institution)
      • * Since the subsidy provided by health insurance will be paid by the Hitachi Health Insurance Society to the examining institution directly, you do not need to complete any procedures with the Health Insurance Society after the checkup.
  • The examining institution will send the health examination results.
Use the health examination results to manage your own health.
