Due to legal revisions, health insurance cards will become invalid after December 2, 2025.

Medical services are generally provided using the Myna health insurance card.

Please complete the switch to  Myna health insurance card, except for those who have returned their

Individual Number Card or have no future plans to use Myna health insurance card.

For those who have not obtained Individual Number Card or have not registered their Individual Number Card

for health insurance use, Eligibility Verification Certificate will be issued via MY HEALTH WEB in late November 2025. (No application is required.)
If you have not yet registered for MY HEALTH WEB, please complete your registration as soon as possible.
