Due to a legal revision, Health insurance card has no longer been usable since December 2, 2025.
From that date onward, medical institutions will primarily require the use of the Myna health insurance card.

Please use your Myna health insurance card unless you have returned your My Number Card or do not plan to use the Myna Insurance Card in the future.

For those who had not obtained a My Number Card or had not registered it for health insurance use as of September 30, 2025,

“Eligibility Verification Certificate” was issued on Friday, November 28, 2025, at 10:00 AM via MY HEALTH WEB (MHW).

Log in to MHW (via web browser or app) on your smartphone and check through the dedicated banner.

Note: For those who had not registered for MHW as of September 30, 2025, a postcard-type (pressure-sealed postcard) Certificate of Eligibility

was sent to the insured person’s address on Thursday, November 20, 2025 by simplified registered mail.
