Notice of eligibility information has been available on MY HEALTH WEB since July 15 (Tue.).
If you fall under any of the “Publication recipients” listed below, please check MY HEALTH WEB.
Notice of Eligibility Information, whether it pertains to the insured person or his/her dependents,

will be published to the insured person's MY HEALTH WEB.

 

 

◆What is “Notice of eligibility information”?◆
Notice of eligibility information is a notification of health insurance eligibility information

(member codes/numbers, branch number, name, copayment ratio (only for those aged 70 and over), etc.).
When you cannot use your Myna health insurance card, such as when you visit medical care institutions or

other facility that has not adopted the online eligibility verification system, you can receive medical treatment

by presenting it together with your Myna health insurance card.

July 15, 2025 (Tuesday)

 

◆Publication recipients◆
Notice of eligibility information will be posted on MY HEALTH WEB to those who meet the following conditions after July 14, 2025 (Mon.).

 

・Newly qualified 
・Change of name, date of birth, etc. 
・Reaching age 70. And when changes occur to the copayment rate for those over age 70, etc.

 

Notice of Eligibility issued before July 11, 2025 (Fri.) will not be published.

◆How to check◆
Please follow the steps below to check the information.

【Step 1】 Log in from MY HEALTH WEB, the dedicated banner at the top of the Hitachi Health Insurance website.

(If you are using the application, start the “MHW application” and log in)

 

【Step 2】 From “MENU” or “おすすめメニュー” on the top page of MY HEALTH WEB, click the “資格情報のお知らせ” banner (button) at ,

and confirm the information on the page you are transferred to.
