Regarding first-time use, app download, and other matters after the update of MY HEALTH WEB

 

See below for information on first-time use, downloading the app, and other matters related to MY HEALTH WEB, which was updated on April 7, 2025.

*We apologize for the inconvenience, but all materials except for “MY HEALTH WEB User’s Guide” are available in Japanese.

 

【1】 First-time use (for both new and existing users)
[1] Click on the dedicated “MY HEALTH WEB” banner on the Hitachi Health Insurance Society website (web browser version) to log in.
[2] Read the Terms of Use to the end and agree to them.
[3] Register and verify your email address.
(* Note that you cannot register an email address used by another user.)

【2】 Installing the smartphone app
After completing the steps under 【1】 above, use the URL or QR code below to obtain the new MHW app.

【4】 Changes from the old MY HEALTH WEB

In particular, the USB pedometer connection has been discontinued for users of the dedicated pedometer.
Basically, step count recording is linked to a smartphone. If you do not have a smartphone, your step count can be linked by manual input.
You can continue to use your existing pedometer to count your steps.
