The campaign described below is underway for a limited time to encourage members to register to use MY HEALTH WEB, which was updated on April 7, 2025.
Members who register during the campaign period will be awarded MY HEALTH WEB points. We encourage members to register soon and enjoy using new MY HEALTH WEB.

*We apologize for the inconvenience, but all materials except for ii) in [2] are available in Japanese.

 

[1] About the MY HEALTH WEB User Registration Promotion Campaign
Members who register to use MY HEALTH WEB during the campaign period will be awarded MY points.

<Initial registration campaign>
All insured persons and dependents (including new registrants) who register during April-June: 300 points
◇ Double chance ◇ 5,000 randomly chosen insured persons and dependents who register in April: 1,000 points

Combined with Walking Campaign points, you can win anywhere from 500 points to as many as 1,700 points, simply by registering to use MY HEALTH WEB and entering the Walking Campaign.

・ Participation Prize (for all Walking Campaign entrants): 200 points
・ 300,000 Steps Achievement Prize (for those who walk a total of 300,000-599,999 steps during the Walking Campaign period): 100 points
・ 600,000 Steps Achievement Prize (for those who walk a total of 600,000 or more steps during the Walking Campaign period): 200 points

[2] Registering to use new MY HEALTH WEB
i) Those already registered to use MY HEALTH WEB before the update
Follow the instructions in “MHW First-time Use for Existing Users” to register.
ii) Those registering as new users on April 7 or later
Follow the instructions on pp. ３-8 of “MHW 01 Portal Operation Manual for General Users” to register for the first time.

[3] Installing the new app
After completing the user registration under [2] above, install the new app (app name: HK-MY HEALTH WEB) on your smartphone.
* See “MHW Data Link Smartphone Configuration Manual” for configuration details.
* HK-MY HEALTH WEB is a dedicated app for Hitachi Health Insurance Society members. Be careful to avoid confusing it with similar apps.
