How are Dependents’ Funeral Expenses handled in cases of stillbirth?

Dependents' Funeral Expenses are paid if a dependent family member dies. Since a stillborn child is not a dependent, no Dependents' Funeral Expenses are paid.
However, Dependents' Funeral Expenses will be paid in cases of death of a newborn child a few hours after birth.
