Can anyone use the authentication menus (menus identified with a lock icon)?

The authentication menus can be easily used by any member of the Hitachi Health Insurance Society, free of charge. However, some menus require an ID and password to log in.
If you have an account with the Hitachi Group Authentication Base, use that ID and password to log in.
If you do not have an ID, choose any of the authentication menus (menus identified with a lock icon) on the Hitachi Health Insurance Society website, then apply from “Those Without Hitachi Group Authentication Base Directory Personal IDs or Who Have Forgotten Their Hitachi Health Insurance Society Authentication IDs.”
