IDs are handled differently for different categories of users. Proceed in accordance with the procedures given below.
[Employees (ordinary insured persons)]
Employees (ordinary insured persons) can log in using the Hitachi Group Authentication Base IDs and passwords they use at work. Check with the person in charge at your company (e.g., the person in charge of information systems) for information on the Hitachi Group Authentication Base—for example, whether you were assigned a directory personal ID by your company.
If you were not assigned a directory personal ID, choose any of the authentication menus (menus identified with a lock icon) on the Hitachi Health Insurance Society website, then apply from “Those Without Hitachi Group Authentication Base Directory Personal IDs or Who Have Forgotten Their Hitachi Health Insurance Society Authentication IDs.”
[Voluntarily and Continuously Insured Persons, Special-Case Retired Insured Persons, and family members (dependents)]
Voluntarily and Continuously Insured Persons, Special-Case Retired Insured Persons, and family members (dependents) should choose any of the authentication menus (menus identified with a lock icon) on the Hitachi Health Insurance Society website, then apply from “Those Without Hitachi Group Authentication Base Directory Personal IDs or Who Have Forgotten Their Hitachi Health Insurance Society Authentication IDs.”
If you forget your Hitachi Health Insurance Society Authentication ID or password, apply for a new Hitachi Health Insurance Society Authentication ID.
* The Hitachi Health Insurance Society recommends changing your password at least once every 180 days. Be sure to change your password at regular intervals.
