Applications for points for influenza vaccination in 2026 are now open.

◆Subject period
　Vaccinations provided during the period October 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027

 

◆Application Period
　October 1, 2026 - February 28, 2027

 

◆Number of vaccinations supported
　One during the subject period per person

 

◆Content of support
　2,000 points  will be awarded as MY HEALTH WEB MY Points

 

◆How to apply

   ※The insured person should apply on the web for his or her dependent family members.

  STEP1　Log in to "「MY HEALTH WEB」"
　STEP2　Click on "Apply for Infectious Disease Prevention Points"
                
　STEP3　Select the application type and enter the required information
　STEP4　Upload an image of a receipt or vaccination certificate
           

◆Required documents　

     An image of the receipt （with a "Received" stamp affixed) or proof of vaccination (with an official seal affixed) must be attached.

    Be sure to obtain either of these at the vaccinating medical care institution. 

　【Information that must be included on the receipt】
　　①The name of the vaccine recipient　
    ②The date of vaccination　
    ③Vaccination fee　
    ④The name of the medical care institution　
　　⑤Description: "Influenza Vaccination costs", etc.　
    ⑥"Received" stamp
