Notice of server maintenance and service interruption [Sunday, July 5, 2026]

 

 The Hitachi Health Insurance Society’s web server will be offline during the following hours for server maintenance.

 

  [Maintenance date and time] All day Sunday, July 5, 2026
  [Planned service resumption] 6:00 am, Monday, July 6, 2026


 Note that access to the authentication menu (menu items denoted by a lock icon), including MY HEALTH WEB, 
 will be unavailable during maintenance.


 Heavy web traffic expected after the resumption of service may result in slow response times.
 If this happens, please wait a little while before trying to log on again.
 

【Regarding the Use of the Health Insurance Eligibility Certificate】
Due to to maintenance, the Health Insurance Eligibility Certificate cannot be displayed.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
When visiting a medical institution, please take the following actions:


・At the reception desk
Please inform the reception staff of the situation and follow the instructions provided by the medical institution.


・Regarding the payment of medical expenses
You may be required to temporarily pay the full amount (100%) of the medical expenses.
In such cases, you can receive a reimbursement later either by settling the amount at the medical institution or by submitting a claim to the Hitachi Health Insurance Society.
