Starting Thursday, April 9, 2026, the Spring Walking Campaign 〔Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Hitachi Health Insurance Society！Build Healthy Habits with a 100 Day Walk！(Phase 1)〕will be held on "歩fes." within MY HEALTH WEB (hereinafter referred to as “MHW”). 

 

The year 2026 marks the 100th anniversary of the enforcement of the Health Insurance Act (July 1926) and the establishment of the Hitachi Health Insurance Society (December 1926).
*This includes its predecessor, the Hitachi, Ltd. Health Insurance Society.

To commemorate this milestone, let’s connect our daily steps to future health through a 100 day campaign inspired by the number “100”！

【１】Applicable period
①Entry period
From Thursday 2026-04-02 to Friday 2026-07-17
②Campaign implementation period
From Thursday 2026-04-09 to Friday 2026-07-17
③Period for Step Count Synchronization
From Thursday 2026-04-09 to Friday 2026-07-24

 

【２】Participants
All users of MHW (insured persons under Hitachi Health Insurance Society and their dependents
aged 20 or over)

 

【３】Entry method
You can easily enter via the "歩fes." banner on the MHW top page.
*1 If you have not yet used MHW, please refer to the information here, complete your initial registration, and then submit your entry.
*2 Your step count recording will be linked to "歩fes." after you entry the campaign.
Note that if you enter the walking campaign in the middle of the campaign period, your step counts prior to entry will not be linked.

 

【４】Participation awards＆Achievement awards
MHW points will be awarded as a "Participation Prize" for entering the event, and as an "Achievement Prize" based on the total number of steps taken during the event period.

 

［Participation awards］
Those who have entered the " Arufes " will be awarded 100
 

［Achievement awards（More than 200,000 steps）］

Those who have taken More than 200,000 steps and less than 500,000 steps steps in total will receive 100 points.
 

［Achievement awards（More than 500,000 steps）］
Those who have taken More than 500,000 steps and less than 1,000,000 steps steps in total will receive 200 points.  
 

［Achievement awards（More than 1,000,000 steps）］
Those who have taken 1,000,000 steps or more will receive 400 points.

 

[Perfect Score Award of Hitachi Health Insurance Society 100th Anniversary Quiz Contest]
Among those who have completed their entry for Aru fes (Walking Festival), 100 winners will be selected by lottery from participants who answered all questions correctly in the Hitachi Health Insurance Society 100th Anniversary Quiz Contest, and each winner will receive 5,000 points.

*Points for the Participation Prize and Achievement Prize are scheduled to be awarded in late July.
*Points for the Perfect Score Award are scheduled to be awarded around August. Winners will be notified by the awarding of points.

【５】How to link your steps to "歩fes"
Step counts linked from your smartphone or manually entered will be instantly updated in MHW's "日々の記録 (Daily Records)" There is a limit to the number of steps that can be linked to "歩fes.", up to 100,000 steps per day.
