Hitachi Health Insurance delivers Eligibility Verification Certificate electronically via MY HEALTH WEB.

However, some medical institutions have stated they cannot accept certificates displayed on smartphone screens.

 

Electronic delivery is one of the delivery methods stipulated by law (Health Insurance Act Article 51-3 andHealth Insurance Act Enforcement Regulations Article 47) and constitutes a valid means of presenting eligibility information.

 

Therefore, if you are told by a medical institution that they cannot accept it, please convey the contents of this notice to themedical institution and also ask them to contact Hitachi Health Insurance.

 

Please note that as of December 2, 2024, visits using the My Number Health Insurance Card will be the standard.

We encourage you to use the My Number Health Insurance Card, which offers the highest convenience for eligibility verification at medical institutions.
