This year, we recommend using Mynaportal Integration which makes the procedure easier and faster. Please take advantage of this service.

You also do not need to submit receipts, making the filing process smooth.
In addition, you can retrieve all medical expense information for the entire filing year (January through December) in one go.
<Filing Steps>
1. Log in to Mynaportal.
2. Retrieve medical expense information

Beginning with final income tax returns for 2017, in place of attaching receipts when claiming medical expenses deductions, taxpayers must prepare medical expenses deduction details (link to the National Tax Agency website) and attach them to their final income tax returns.
* Although you do not need to attach receipts to the tax return, you are required to retain receipts for five years at home or elsewhere.
* You do not need to fill out medical expenses deduction details if attaching medical care cost information issued by the Health Insurance Society.
