The “Create Hitachi Health Insurance Authentication ID” and “Change Password” options currently

shown on the login screens of the applicable systems (*) on the homepage will be moved to a newly

established screen titled “Hitachi Health Insurance Authentication ID Creation and Password Change”

on the top page of the Hitachi Health Insurance homepage.
