Notice Regarding the My Number Insurance Card & Autumn Walking Campaign Collaboration Event: “My Number Insurance Card Quiz Contest”
The “Autumn Walking Campaign” is currently underway on MY HEALTH WEB (MHW).
Starting November 10, we’ve launched a special collaboration event — the “Myna Health Insurance Card Quiz Contest” —
to help you learn more about the Myna Health Insurance Card.
If you answer all quiz questions correctly, enter the Walking Festival (歩fes.), and complete your Myna Health Insurance Card registration*,
you’ll have a chance to win 2,000 points — awarded to 100 lucky participants by lottery!
(*Registration for the Myna Health Insurance Card must be completed by November 30, 2025.)

How to Participate in the “Myna Health Insurance Card Quiz Contest”
①On the MHW top page, click the banner in “Notices” that says
“Join the Myna Health Insurance Card Quiz Contest Here!!”
②When the quiz screen appears, click “Answer” to begin.
③Proceed through the five true-or-false questions, then click “Submit” on the final confirmation screen.
Notes
The correct answers to the “Myna Health Insurance Card Quiz Contest” will be posted on MHW’s “Notices” page after December 1.
