Starting October 1st, we will launch the "Autumn Walking Campaign – 100-Day Challenge! Walk for Health,

Feel Secure with My Number(Myna)! through the "歩fes." menu on MY HEALTH WEB (hereafter referred to as MHW).

As part of this campaign, we will also hold a "Myna health insurance card Quiz Contest" on MHW to help deepen understanding

of the Myna health insurance card during the walking period.
(For details about the collaboration campaign, please refer to section [6] below.)

 

【１】Applicable period
①Entry period
From Friday 2025-09-26 to Thursday 2026-01-08

②Campaign implementation period
From Wednesday 2025-10-01 to Thursday 2026-01-08（All 100 days）
* The deadline for registering the number of steps is Thursday 2026-01-15

 

【２】Participants
All users of MHW (insured persons under Hitachi Health Insurance Society and their dependents
aged 20 or over)

 

【３】Entry method
Please entry the campaign in advance via the "歩fes." menu on the MHW.
*1 If you have never used MHW, please complete the initial registration as described in this notice.
*2 Your step count recording will be linked to "歩fes." after you entry the campaign.
Note that if you enter the walking campaign in the middle of the campaign period, your step counts prior to
entry will not be linked.
 

【４】How to link your steps to "歩fes"
Step counts linked from your smartphone or manually entered will be instantly updated in MHW's "日々の記録 (Daily Records)" There is a limit to the number of steps that can be linked to "歩fes.", up to 100,000 steps per day.

 

【５】Participation awards＆Achievement awards
MHW points will be awarded as a "Participation Prize" for entering the event, and as an "Achievement Prize" based on the total number of steps taken during the event period.
［Participation awards］
Those who have entered the " Arufes " will be awarded 100
［Achievement awards①］
Those who have taken More than 200,000 steps and less than 500,000 steps steps in total will receive 100 points.
［Achievement awards②］
Those who have taken More than 500,000 steps and less than 800,000 steps steps in total will receive 200 points.  
Those who have taken 800,000 steps or more will receive 300 points.
* Points will be awarded to those who are members of the Hitachi Health Insurance Society as of the end of January 2026, which is a tentative date.

 

【６】Myna health insurance card Collaboration Campaign

Quizzes to deepen understanding of Myna health insurance card and encourage further use will be posted on MHW.
No advance notice will be given regarding the quiz content or event period.
Please log in daily during the campaign period to check the latest information and enjoy the event.
 

＜Myna health insurance card Collaboration Special Points＞
『Special Point ①』
Among those who have entered the "歩fes." event & those whose Myna health insurance card usage registration is completed(*1),500 points will be awarded to 1,000 winners selected by lottery.
『Special Points ②』
100 participants who correctly answer all questions in the Myna health insurance card Quiz Tournament,
have completed entry to the "歩fes.", and have completed Myna health insurance card usage registration(＊1) will be selected by lottery to receive 2,000 points.
＊1: Participants must have completed My Number Health Insurance Card usage registration by November 30, 2025.
