[For Voluntarily and Individually Insured Persons and Special-Case Retired Insured Persons] To all those 70 years of age or older and whose co-payment ratio for medical expenses is 30% (Information on the 2025 Income Survey)
Information regarding the co-payment ratio of medical expenses from September 2025 has been sent out sequentially since May 16, 2025.
*This information will be sent to those who are 70 years of age or older, who are Voluntarily and Individually Insured Persons andSpecial-Case Retired Insured Persons, and whose co-payment ratio for medical expenses is currently “30%”.
If you wish to apply for the reduction to 20%, please obtain an application form using one of the following methods and submit it together with a copy of a document that proves your income.
