Message for members affected by the Road collapse caused by break in basin sewer pipe.

 

We offer our heartfelt wishes to those affected by the Road collapse caused by break in basin sewer pipe. 

 

The Japanese government has implemented special measures for those affected residing in areas subject to application of the Disaster Relief Act, as described under 1 below.
Also, please note that the Hitachi Health Insurance Society is implementing the measures described under  2 below.

 

The applicable areas of the Disaster Relief Act may change in the future, so please check the website of the Cabinet Office for details.*Japanese page only.

 

 

1. Examination and treatment at medical care institutions
If you cannot present your issued health insurance card or Myna health insurance card at medical care institutions and other facilities because you lost the card in the disaster or left it at home when evacuating, you can get examination and treatment simply by informing the medical care institutions of your name, date of birth, contact information, and the employer of the insured person.

 

2. Health Consultation Hotline
The Hitachi Health Insurance Society has opened a Health Consultation Hotline for those facing physical or mental issues or other concerns due to the disaster.
