Notification of the Spring Walking Campaign（4/22 to 7/14） *The deadline for registering the number of steps is 7/21
"MY HEALTH WALKING", a walking program provided by "MY HEALTH WEB", is now conducting the "Spring Walking Campaign".
We are looking forward to your participation with your family and friends.
■Contents
With the goal of walking 600,000 steps in 84days, members will be awarded My Points in MY HEALTH WEB as achievement prizes when having walked 200,000, 400,000, and 600,000 steps.
［Achievement awards］For 200,000 steps: 100 points,For 400,000 steps: 200 points,For 600,000 steps: 400 points
［Participation awards］Even those who record their steps for just one day during the period will be awarded 100 points.
[Double-prize chance] Additionally, 100 of those who record 500,000 steps and answer the survey will be selected by random drawing to receive merchandise prizes.
■Applicable period
From Monday 2024-04-22 to Sunday 2024-07-14（All 84 days ＝ 12weeks）
■Participants
All members of Hitachi Health Insurance Society can participate.(Insured Persons and Dependents)
■Entry method
If you register the number of steps in "MY HEALTH WALKING" for even 1 day during the period,
you are entered automatically.

■Grating of points
Points will be awarded to those who are members of the Hitachi Health Insurance Society as of the Late August 2024.
Note: Points for dependents will be given to the insured person already registered in "MY HEALTH WEB".
