I would like to obtain a Hitachi Health Insurance Society Authentication ID. How can I do that?

Since the procedures vary depending on the type of user, please follow the instructions below accordingly.

 

[Employees (ordinary insured persons)]
The required procedures vary depending on your HUID usage status.

 

If you have  HUID but do not have a Hitachi Health Insurance Society Authentication ID, please select ”Hitachi Health Insurance Society Authentication ID Creation & Password Change”’ on the top page of the Hitachi Health Insurance Society website, and kindly submit your application via ”If you have an HUID and would like to create a new Hitachi Health Insurance Society Authentication
ID,or if you forgot your Hitachi Health Insurance Society Authentication ID or password”.

[Voluntarily and Continuously Insured Persons, Special-Case Retired Insured Persons, and family mebers (dependents)]
Please select ”Hitachi Health Insurance Society Authentication ID Creation & Password Change”’ onthe top page of the Hitachi Health Insurance Society website, and kindly submit your application via ”If you do not have an HUID and would like to create a new Hitachi Health Insurance Society
Authentication ID, or if you forgot your Hitachi Health Insurance Society Authentication ID or password”.
