Can I log in to the MY HEALTH WEB App (smartphone app) with HUID？

To use the MY HEALTH WEB App, you must log in using your Hitachi Health Insurance Society Authentication ID.
You cannot use HUID to log in to the app.

 

If you have an HUID but do not have a Hitachi Health Insurance Society Authentication ID, please select ”Hitachi Health Insurance Society Authentication ID Creation & Password Change”’ on the top page of the Hitachi Health Insurance Society website, and kindly submit your application via ”If you have an HUID and would like to create a new Hitachi Health Insurance Society Authentication
ID,or if you forgot your Hitachi Health Insurance Society Authentication ID or password”.
