Does household in aggregation of expenses by household refer to a household shown on the basic resident register?

As used here, the term household refers to an insured person who is a member of the Hitachi Health Insurance Society and his or her dependents. For example, cases in which both spouses work and each is an insured person under his or her own health insurance will be treated as two households for the purposes of aggregating High-Cost Medical Care Benefits by household, and will thus not be subject to aggregation, even though it is treated as a single household on the basic resident register.
