Are the costs of advanced medical care eligible for High-Cost Medical Care Benefits?

High-Cost Medical Care Benefits are paid for health insurance copayments. The costs of advanced medical care excluding basic components such as medical consultation, examination, administration of drugs, and hospitalization are not covered by insurance benefits. For this reason, they are not eligible for High-Cost Medical Care Benefits.
