Is the number of times High-Cost Medical Care Benefits were paid over the past year counted cumulatively, even if I changed jobs during the period?

This is not counted cumulatively if there has been a change in the health insurance society or insurer of which the individual is a member. The number of times of payment is counted cumulatively in cases involving transfer between member establishments of the Hitachi Health Insurance Society.
