No. You can use health insurance for injuries suffered in an automobile accident. However, note that the right to demand compensation in such cases for damages for medical care costs from the party responsible for the accident will transfer to the Health Insurance Society. Also, if the party causing the accident pays you for medical care costs, you cannot receive health insurance benefits for that amount.
