I lost my eligibility for membership in the Hitachi Health Insurance Society before the date of the health checkup. Can I still get the health checkup for which I made an appointment?
You are not eligible for the subsidy if you are not a member of the Hitachi Health Insurance Society as of the date of the checkup.
Contact the examining institution with which you have an appointment and either get the checkup at your own expense or cancel the appointment.
Contact the health insurance society of which you are a member as of the time of the health checkup concerning the subsidy for the health checkup conducted entirely at your own expense.
