[Specific health checkup (using a checkup ticket)] I am a dependent family member. Can I receive a specific health checkup using the checkup ticket issued before my husband, the insured person, switched the status from an employee to a Special-Case Retired Insured Person?

If the membership eligibility of the insured person changed from that of an employee to that of a Special-Case Retired Insured Person (or vice-versa) or from that of a Voluntarily and Continuously Insured Person to that of a Special-Case Retired Insured Person, the checkup ticket must be reissued.
